How it works

Health regulations in Australia require patients to create an account and complete a health/medical history form before being able to see what medication is available. This is the same thing you would do when visiting a clinic except they ask you for your details and history in person. All the information you supply is 100% confidential and sent to our Doctors to review and complete your order.

After completing and submitting the health questionnaire, it’ll be sent to one of our doctors for approval and a medication recommendation. Once it’s all approved, they’ll write the script and send it to a partner pharmacy to fill and send straight to your door! 👍
